1. “As a whole, I found my 3-day stay very pleasant from the point of rest and relaxation. However, I notice that you can still hear inside the closing of doors in the adjacent rooms and the shuffling of feet in the room above the unit. Also, some staff at the reception area are not that courteous and not responsive or alert to the needs of the customers. The staff from the maintenance(?)housecleaning who were sent to my unit several times are not that knowledgeable or helpful in making the personal computer in the room operational. They seemed always to be in a hurry to leave the room and are not that cooperative in explaining how to access the internet. As a matter of fact, the remote keyboard in the room where I stayed was not functioning properly. Thus, I failed to use the free internet service in the room.” comments from agoda.com

2. “We are very pleased after staying for 2 nights. The hotel is very well placed in the heart of Kawloon, opposite Kowloon Park and Miramar Shopping Center. All the amenities are very nearby. Rooms are quite big in comparison to the other hotels in the same category.Staff is very prompt and room service is comparably better than the other hotels. Park View is good. Although we did not book the park view, but since the other category was sold out, they had to give us the park view in the same price. They tried to charge an additional amount for this park view category but since the booking was done thru Agoda and we had the confirmation, it was not our fault they did not have our booking category available.
